Following on from my email below regarding the Premier League 16s and 18s information, Capital Football have this year brought forward the season commencement date for Premier League teams to the weekend of 3 & 4 March. With many boys still away at present, training for both 16s and 18s will now commence Tuesday, 17 January 5.30 – 7.30 at Marist playing fields.

Further training sessions will be decided following discussion at this first training and hopefully more information will be available about the season. Note: 18s will not be at the AIS as previously advised.      

It is vital that boys attend this training if they are available so that teams can start to be formed.

Following is some important information regarding the 2012 season.

Coerver Coaching
MCFC is pleased to advise that it will be affiliated with Coerver for the 2012 season.

Coerver will be offering pre-season training packages for all players from U10 – U14 age groups. Please see relevant age group fliers for details.

Grading Times

2012 Grading dates and times for U10 – U18 (except Premier League) age groups are now available on the MCFC website.

Premier League 16s and 18s

Teams will be selected from the following pre-season training sessions and pre-season games.   

·         Pre-season training for U18s will commence on Tuesday, 10 January 6.30pm – 8.00pm at Football ovals (multi-purpose) at the Back of Australian Institute of Sport (AIS). This training will be in conjunction with Cooma Mens Premier League team. Further information regarding training will be provided at these sessions.

·         Pre season training for U16s will commence Sunday 29 January 5pm – 7pm at Marist playing fields.
